Learning Objectives: 1) Understand hard- and software requirements for MRI of the bowel. 2) Develop an overview of available oral contrast agents. 3) Develop targeted examination protocols for specific intestinal imaging indications. 4) Analyze imaging data for the presence of bowel pathologies. 5) Appraise the advantages of an MR based examination protocol compared to fluoroscopic or CT-based imaging of the gastrointestinal tract.
