Learning Objectives: 1) Understand the implications of low dose CT screening for lung cancer and summarize the current data for positive screening studies. 2) Outline a practical strategy for imaging evaluation of detected nodules. 3) Review the International Staging System for lung cancer with an emphasis on differentiating resectable from non-resectable lesions by CT, PET-FDG, and MR imaging.
