Learning Objectives: The attendees will be able to: 1) determine the differential diagnosis for a short fetal femur, and be able to focus on the most likely diagnosis for each abnormal case; 2) evaluate the appearance and measurement of the normal femur and determine the criteria for an abnormal femur on prenatal sonogram; 3) to use the femur length in evaluating fetuses at risk for having Down syndrome.
