Learning Objectives: 1) To demonstrate the cross-sectional imaging features of malignant tumors of the skull base, sinonasal cavity, and aerodigestive tract. 2) To describe the normal anatomy, including variants and pitfalls, and to contrast with the appearance of head and neck cancer, as seen with PET imaging. 3) To outline the advantages of PET/CT over PET alone.
