Learning Objectives: 1) Understand staging systems for SQCCA of the head and neck. 2) Provide an accurate localization and a limited differential diagnosis for extramucosal deep space masses. 3) Determine whether a node is benign or malignant. 4) Recognize manifestations and complications of sinonasal and otomastoid inflammatory disease. 5) Provide a limited differential diagnosis of cystic lesions in the neck.
